Aww man, was looking to head out to the South Pier early Sunday morning. Might have to change plans and instead hit EG Simmons park perhaps.

If You can smell the Smell then You know it is Close. It is some Nasty Stuff. I use to Build Houses & Condos on the Beach and when it came in We could not Breathe nor Work.

I'll be out there tomorrow. Heard reports that people are still catching fish out there. Probably not as much as two weeks ago but it's probably better than last week.

Congrats to those who have gained new designations due to postings.
Red Tide can be nasty. I live in Madeira Beach but do not walk the beach that much due to my work schedule and other things going on. I have not noticed any problems yet and I live across the street from a canal that connects to the intracoastal waterway.

That is because the Red Tide is at Anna Maria Island just South of the Entrance of Tampa Bay & the Wind is out of the North. Once the Wind turns & Comes out of the West or Southwest Start covering Your Nose & Mouth.

Lost a livewell full of bait Tuesday off Johns Pass.
