Will be heading out in the am, not sure what to target but need fish to fillet! And mackerel, flounder, or others, I usually don't bottom fish but may on a couple of poles....I may just play it by ear. I guess,oh I did get about 6lbs of Stonies in the last three days at least...  ? |

Very slow...flounder, sheepies, and small mango probably are your best bet.

Very slow...flounder, sheepies, and small mango probably are your best bet. Your right,was out 3 days ago got 1 baby gag,1 mojarra,about 8 short mango`s and a sh~t bucket full of puffers,Saw a alot of dead fish from redtide floating around small bridge,Macks are gone, tight lines |

did get 1 short sheepie,forgot that one.Brought nothing home though.Its been 3 weeks for anything good.I go 3 days a week.

Was out today. Got one keeper sheepies.. bunch of small mango... a small flounder... saw nothing caught around me.. probably due to the cold front.

I knew there was a cold front going through today. I am sure it felt nice and cool out there but the fishing would slow down. Wonder if MM went out on the last day of grouper season. I hope he got one if he did go out.  |

Interesting flounder Tears143. Eye is normally on other side. Can't really see the eye on your fish. There is also an interesting mark behind the pectoral fin.

No luck today, just a lot of baitfish on my Sabinki rig, better luck next time...! Given the cold front, I did not expect much out there. It was a rather strong front as well. I think mid week will be the time to try for us. I stayed home today and did some Xmas decorating.

Seabird: No I did not go out there on the Piers because of the Front coming in. The Grouper Love to hide when a Cold Front approaches like I Predicted earlier. I did get Skunked this Year with No Grouper. It was a First Time in My Life with No Grouper.   |

Tristan: I cannot help what the Weather does affecting Fishing but My Straw Jigs are Ready for Next Year. Revenge is not Applicable here but a Whole Lot of Luck Is.

But we were certainly aware of the strong cold front. The grouper season was way off due to the odd weather patterns during that season.
We will try to get out this coming Wednesday depending upon the weather patterns. We did ok this past Wednesday and met tears143 and webby.
I went to Dogfish and got some tackle...sinkers, hooks and swivels in preparation for winter fish season. The cool weather felt good today.

Ok. I will try to point it out better when I get back to my laptop, which might be a couple of days since I'm working 24 hours in 2 days.
But know I'm not crazy. It's a dog's selfie in the pattern. I'm sitting with Rover right now and he told me that's him!
