Man it was cold rainy and the weatherman was WRONG! Went to the inlet today in hopes of a linesider only to be greeted by a snaggle tooth-ted roughly 24"-26" 8# Cubera Snapper. Along with that me and my boy got 3 drums, and 2 sheephead!

i agree on the variety but the thing is i have over 15 years of expierence fishing that pier, maybe even more i just tend to forget how old i am. that same day two anglers were able to catch and land/keep 2 guesstimated 70lb+ black drum and were probably filled w/ worms.
so far i've seen landed off that pier: Snook Snapper (cubera, mutton and mangrove) Yellow Jack Redfish Whiting Bluefish Sting Rays Moonfish Lookdown Sheephead Black Drum Spade Fish Tripple Tail ( i want to recall wayyy back i saw one but getting fuzzy) Flounder Baracuda Sharks (bull, bonnet, black tip and others i have no name for) Ladyfish Tarpon Grouper (gags, goliaths) Crabs (stone and spider) Ribbonfish or Cutlassfish Permit Pompano
But u really have to know how to fish that place in order to be successful or have an edge! Kinda cocky but i paid my due's and learned the ropes since i was a kid.

hahah dang if my trainer was a her i'd be in bed right about now so it must be me! man in two weeks i jogged about 38 miles! but after the superbowl i took a dive and jogged only 3 miles this week.
i did get the "Iron Gym" and started that today and works great for pull ups etc. i typically jog about 3-4 miles a day every other day but last two weeks i wanted to go overboard. no weight training yet til i get to 160 but just using my own body weight and do pull up's and push up's and sit up's so far i weight about 168-170.
oh as for my fishin' trainer, my old man pretty much taught me all i know but i just took what the old dog knew and improved it and also added new things such as: braided line, floro leaders when needed, smaller hooks, longer rods.
i'll take Heniken Light, Bud Light and (Lime), Carona Light as well umm Crown and Diet Coke with a twist too!
Take care brotha, -Eddie
