WTF? because i practice catch and release i am arrogant or a lucky wannabee?...my friend and I just have the sheepies dialed in right now I practice catch and release for two main reasons...1. if i let one go i can catch him again when he gets bigger and 2 i hate the taste of fish, The guy i fish with all the time ( owns the boat) doesn't eat fish either lol now if my neighbor puts in an order i'll bring one home for him lol

Well said Jay! This makes total sense and thats why we are here [glow=red,2,300]DoubleO[/glow] so we can share info that works and lands the fish. Also weather temps, bait used, location, and best of all PICS! Not saying you have to but hey were're all here because we want to know where the fish are and see some pictures. Like i said u dont' have to share all your info but since its strict catch and release why not share pictures and blur the background if u don't want to share your spot.
Nice report boys and keep it up.

yeah from what i am hearing if you run into sheepies out in open water and not by peirs and pilings they hit alot more agressively, must be that they have to chase their food rather than just sit around and pluck off a barnacles here and there. But i managed 4 keepers saturday and 3 sunday all around 2-4 pounds, hooked into what somebody told me was probably a big black drum but boy did that take some line off before rapping me mustve been BIG!
