I got a fishing trip planned to the piers at the end of march,this is going to be my first time at the piers and I would like to get some pointers and advice on the fishing at the piers.

Read back as far as you want to learn. You can't target everything at once, (unless ur a rat..lol)so get an idea of what you're looking for before you start. Like Detroit said, ask questions. And just for the record, this book can't be purchased in stores and is priceless. Good luck Rosa.

we have a pretty good mackeral run in march. the spanish mackerals are very abundant but not really much size to them, maybe 3 to 5 pounds is a good one. king mackeral on the other hand can run into the 30 to 40 pound range but are more difficult to catch.
