Id go reel easy on this stuff unless you just enjoy getting cut off by Predators with teeth. Pretty pricey too. Buy it once for a year or 2 supply. proly wanna just skip it all together if fishing with your Mrs. Its pretty, shall we say pun-gent? lol but it'll draw in bait n snapper to where yer fishin like flies to doo doo.

All of the above. What he said.
And to chum up bait to catch with your castnet, grind up dry dog food in a food processor or blender until its a powder. greenies and little white bait love the stuff.

I use a comercial blender to chop the goodies up we save. usually save the shrimps if any to catch pinfish. speaking of which youd be amazed how fast you cant trap pinnerz n pigfish at the pier on a gpod day. the majority of the giants ive landed there came on smaller pinnerz pigs pass crabs and fresh caught wild squid. med size on shrimp and pelagic baits. if you dont have meat for chum glass minnows are the ticket. recipe coming shortly

When the bait guy accidently get threadfin instead of whitebait(scale sardines) they usually dump it and if the tide isn't moving much; look down at where they are dumping the bait and you will see something interesting.
That's how I can get like 4 limits in 30mins. Sometime it is better to look around observe your surrounding and you will learn something new.

I have a hand grinder that will do a fair job on grinding old bait for my pinfish trap, a little messy but don't want to use the equipment I have for Venison. Glass minnows were always a must for snapper chum in south Florida, most bait shops down there carried them, Don't see in bait shops on the east side of the bay.
