Would cameras at the pier be a bad idea from the bird people

We are requesting that the Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) install cameras to document all activities and assign an FWC law enforcement officer to the Skyway Fishing Pier State Park to monitor the pier and uphold the law.

The rest of their petition is trash (even though it has 7500 signatures) but I personally don't mind if there were cameras at the pier. About 5 years ago, I remember seeing a post here (maybe written by SkyJay?) about a robbery at the end of the SSP where a guy with a gun soon after sunset demanded everyone's phone and wallet and drove off. Plus the cameras might actually prove it is the bird people who are feeding the pelicans! 😂

There were many Videos & Pictures Taken of the Bird People feeding the Birds.
That is why the FWC came down on them.
As people say, "The Truth Is Out There".
