Hey guys been a lurker for a while and decided Id like to contribute to the community. Fished NSP from 2pm to 6pm. Caught 10 keeper macs between 14 and 20 inches. Fish did not start biting until the tide started to go out. All fish were caught on silver or gold spoons. Flipper was a real PITA today lost 4 fish and 4 rigs. Hope you all are scoring some fish. Remember the tug is the drug.

When I was leaving around 6:30pm, I noticed a lot of people were setting up those really long scoop nets. I think they were preparing to catch the blue crabs as they were getting flushed by that big outgoing tide. That's probably why you saw a crowd of people there.

If the dolphin take your mac. Don’t fight it. Open the bail and let him run for a min. And then reel in slowly to see if flipper let go. You’ll likely get your rig back in one piece. Not 100% of the time will work.

If they were dipping blue crab, they can have mine too. Alot of work and not enough meat, but they are good eating.
