Can someone tell me what this means?
"Harvest prohibited by or with the use of any multiple hook in conjunction with live or dead natural bait."
Does that mean that you can't use one of those rigs that have two hooks dangling about 18 inches apart??

Depends in what context it is being stated. Sounds like wording that would be used for commercial fisherman.

It's in the center section of the FWC regulations. Most of the "sportfish" have a mark beside them that directs you to read this statement. But I've seen flounder rigs that have multiple hooks on them, and flounder are one of them that are marked.

It means treble hooks only on artificial baits basically...
A double hook rig is generally accepted, depending on the enthusiam of the officer who is checking you, and providing the hooks are seperate from each other, in a manner the fish may only become hooked by 1 hook at a time... (No stinger hooks fer snooks LOL)
