If ya fish the incoming this afternoon, try the 15 mph sign just past the baitshop hole! there was fish in there last week... If ya stay after dark try to get a couple LadyFish at the Y (in the middle, big Pins hangin out here to), and chunk em on the bottom at 149, or in that general vicinity, on the outgoin. Might also try Freelining a small (Legal of course Mango) out at 149... Chads little buddy Joe got a beast about 15 lbs., off the rocks at 151, by the garbage can, mon. night, on a Mango Snapper. Big Mangos under the bridge, on the triple piling (Light pole), and the slanted pilings adjacent to 127 128. fish with tide coming against you pitch under other bridge tight to pilings like yer SheepHead fishin. Med shrimp, or Fry Bait is best. 15-18 inchers thick as heck. Good luck... Wish I could join ya, but duty calls. J

Thanks for the info, wish I would have seen it before I left for the Pier. Got there at 4pm, Loaded up with nice grunts, big pins, some threadfins, and loads of fry bait. Even caught some small macks, I mean 8" baby's, so they went back. I even stopped and got a couple dozen shrimp just in case. By then I moved over for the outgoing, which never seemd to get going. I saw the tide was not going to be strong, but I wanted to go anyway. Well there was hardly any current at all so I left at 11pm. Saw some macks busting the fry bait, but really small ones. Caught a bunch of short red grouper, but not one Gag to be found. I must have fished every piling on the gulf side, between the baithouse and the last restroom looking for snapper, didn't find any. Was drifting a big ole threadfin at dusk, hoping for a poon to take it and he did. One jump and spooled me in about 10 minutes, but it was fun. Didn't see any body catch anything worthwhile.

LOL Stephen. I forgot about that pic you took back in May. No I didn't get anything like that, I think they were smaller.
