Thanks. Never saw one before I think it is a turkey vulture as well. They are found in this area.

Looks like a turkey vulture to me also. Notice no feathers around the head and neck. That is so they do not get what they are feasting on all over their head and neck. No feathers to get any nasty stuff stuck in.
