I just replaced my old Penn Fierce version 1 which had me served well but it was showing its age. I replaced it with the Fin-Nor 60 which has some good reviews on it and it also has 30 Pounds of drag. It will hold about 300 yards of #50 braid and is somehow lighter than my old Fierce 5000 and it definitely feels alot smoother thanks to its double sheilded ss bearings (one in the spool and one in the housing). I spooled it with around 160 yards of 100# of spiderwire just because I had some laying around. Hope I could finally get one Bonito over the rail this time. Attachments:

Good for grouper also. Nice reel, but I would dump that Spiderwire for PowerPro. Pair it with a medium tip type rod.

Damn 100# is kind of over the limit for most fish out there. Good for grouper.. king.. not so much because those guy are more about yards than lbs. You should be able to kill bonita for sure!
FYI: MY friend used to fish with 50# main line for a while and then I showed them about to use 20# and lighter reel and rod.. They are not going back to the heavy stuff.. LOL
