Got locked up on 240v today working on an overhead crane that was "supposedly" tagged out and off. But was not. As i was repairing the broken wires i got locked on. Grabbed and shook me good about 3 seconds till i stepped off the ladder. I have a burn on my left hand in 3 small spots and a ton of muscle soreness across my chest, numbness and a weird vibration in my hands. Should i be alarmed or will it pass? feel a bit light headed also.

If the numbness/vibration doesn't subside in a day or so, you might want to go get checked out.

How are you feeling? I had something similar happen a few years back. I was building a pool cage and cut an extension cord when I set an aluminum ladder on it. I was stuck to the ladder until the breaker finally blew (threw those fookin things away the next day and bought fiberglass ladders). I experienced about the same thing you did including a weird metallic taste in my mouth but it passed within a few hours.

Rub some dirt on it, drink 2 beers, and call me in the morning, let me know if you made it through the night.

You have to work out the muscle soreness and the only way to do that is to go fishing. If fishing help on the soreness thats great but if it doesn't least fishing is worth a little pain
