You gotta be more specific. Favorite bait depends on what I am trying to catch. If I had only one choice to catch something to eat, it would be the almighty Shrimp, real or artificial

Threads is my #1 chioce. I seem to catch a larger variety of fish with em. Pins would be my second choice.

it was a tossup between shrimp and arti. so i went with shrimp, lots of different fish will take one.then 3rd would be cutup pins, good for reds and other bottom feeders

i liked the threads at the pier. for the longest time i always used live shrimp and it worked great for me. there were times a madeira beach we would catch several ladyfish, snook, sheep head and such. i tried shrimp at the pier first time out nad nothing. tried the thread fins and bam we caught fish, i would guess it would depend on where you go to fish.

Depends on what you are fishing for. For bonito I use no weight. For any thing else I let it go to the bottom and let it rest there. It is great for snapper and for Tarpon.
