So tues-wed afternoons undersize groupers and 5 snappers. Thurs and friday...Zilch completely disappeared.
Saturday one snapper, bunch of undersized groupers and my girl got her first snook, line broke when pulling it up so no photo. It was only like 20" tho but she was excited. Oh and she also caught a pelican which i had to haul up. Man those things are heavy!
Anybody else do any fishing this weekend?

ADVANCED BIRD RESCUE volunteers are available to respond to calls received by the Sanctuary concerning a wild bird in distress. Our volunteers normally respond to calls regarding large seabirds, or birds of prey that are dangerous or intimidating for the general public to handle. Rescuers work designated geographic areas of their own choosing work with an experienced rescuer until they are qualified to rescue independently. Hours generally available daily: 9am - 8pm. Contact: rescue@seabirdsanctuary.com or 727-391-6211.
These people are AWESOME! Very dedicated. Write the number down and put it in your wallet or cell phone.

thanks im definately going to keep that number. Ever thought of teaming up with tampabaywatch. They are the ones with the fishing line tubes everywhere, maybe add your decal to them? It seems the bait is staying under the gulf pier at fort d so the pelicans are diving in thru lines to get them. I see at least one pelican a trip get tangled. Many of them have lures hanging off of them
Most people including me just dont know who to call

One guy on saturday was rocked up way out and got one tangled up. So it was basically anchored to the bottom. He was able to move it closer to shore and someone swam out. Took bout 45 mins for them to figure it out
