i was on irb for the whole weekend and i really didnt know how to fish the beach whith all those people there. so i trid at night and didnt hav any luck. went in the daytime the next day and saw a sandbar and walked out as fr as i could go and was catchting whiting on dead shrimp and that was it for irb. went to sand key and people were catching macks on greenies so i castnetted about 30 clean ones. about 100 were gilled. ( that sucks geting those gilled greenies out cause u caant leave any in or your net will stink). well my only rod bendings were seaweed and the current.

The snook are indeed all over the beaches, but they're real picky about the tides, time of day, and when they will bite. I've been learning that the hard way. Lol.
Its a timing game that I'm in the process of figuring out.
