Holy Molies Fester, nice Red. Blackened RedFish on the menu. Way to go big guy, and that's a future Pier Rat if I ever seen one. Keep up the good work my friend.

Nice Red. Did you get that on the north side or South side? Is a great place to let the littles ones run and play in the water.
Had a short cobia there on 6/9. 24in.
Honeymoon island is swarming with noice snook on the north end right past the last bathhouse. I been usiing cut bait, working really nice 5 to 19 feet from shore. Do not even need to get your fet wet.
Also nice blacktips there. all three to four feet. Only 25 to 30 yrds off the same beach.
Enjoy the blacken fillets.

I like using arti too but it seems like the snook to not like them this summer. I switched to cut bait. ( pinhish are killing the live shrimp in the surk) They have the frozen 8oz bags at walmart for $3.67. ( dont'y go for those whole sardines they fall apart after five minutes.)

Fish was caught on the north side of causeway first turn off of first bridge and bout half way down to the next exit.my brother and i were fishing together while my little guy had a blast splashing in the waves we saw a big splash/boil on top of the water and were like WTF was that so tossed my bait bout 20' north of the boil and my brother just short of that and he started reeling in thinking we were tangled up and i said no were not fish on bout 5 mins later had him beached fun day....
