;D Well seeing how tylerdurden mention it in the other post i will keep yall updated on how it is going. Ifn u give a strawberry grouper,s ass Well it all started about & 1/2 years ago oh f that i will give u the short version. In late may i started the liver shrink diet diet and lost 15 lbs. Had the surgery on April 13th and was in Clearwater fighting huge sea turtles and grouper on the double eagle just 2 1/2 weeks later. I have lost 28 lbs to date. I started at 395 in late may and my goal is to be down to 285 for my next trip to Florida next summer. I will be ready to run up and down the skyway pier trying to not lose my browneys to the pilings. See that guy swimming that will be the large live bait i am using on my 12/0 looking for the monster shark.

Second fill of the band yesterday . total of 8 ozs in the band now. Tried to eat some very thin crust pizza last night. I am pretty much eating yogurt only because i hate the protein shakes they recommend. I am allso eating sunflower seeds. I am down a total of 32 lbs as of today. At this point with the band as tight as it is i am expecting a 1-3 lb drop per week at this point.

Well today i have made it to 35 lbs lost. With the new band fill i cant each much. I tried to eat speghetti last night. I spent an hour and only ate about half a bowl full and finally gave up on it. This morning i couldent even eat softend cereal and gave up and returned to the yougurt. A 6 oz cup of yourgut fills up nicely.

It has now been 3 months since the surgury and i have lost 19 lbs since april 13th. They expect 1 - 2 lbs a week and 19 lbs in 12 weeks not bad espicially since they expect no weight loss first 2 weeks after surgury. I have lost a total of 37 lbs since my base weight was taken in may. Sure does seem like im waiting on turtle ever time i get on the scale but i am so glad i did this.

Well weight loss is coming along quite slowly but i am down 44 lbs today and had my 3rd band fill yesterday. I am up to 6 oz of fluid in my band. I am currently 17 weeks since surgury and i am loosing an average of 1.5 lbs per week wich is still in normal target range.

Fester you sound like I did when I got on the scales, was 2 short of the 300 mark. I have a buddy up here who was tilting the scale at 350 last year and is now down to 210 and he only changed one thing. He started eating a good breakfast and lunch and quit eating supper. If he is hungry he eats a small salad. I started doing the same and to be truthfull missing supper was a bitch to get used to but it's working and I've found salad ain't that bad Haven't jumped on the scales yet but I can tell ya from the holes in my belt that the weight is falling off. If I keep it up Ole Capn Jessie's boat will get up on a plane faster and I may add a few years of fishing to boot.

I think im gonna give up dinner also, some old football player on cowhead one afternoon was commenting on that how he kept from blowing up is by not eating after four

Tightened his belt another knotch and is 2 more LBS lighter...18 LBS total weight lossed.
Dont think i can get rid of the supper thing but definatly eating at the right time with the right portions of a decent healthy meal and my LBS are falling off too i like to eat tooo much so skipping dinner is not an option just eating right is the ONLY option.

the older you get teh slower your metabolism is. so by not eating at night you can slow your metabolism down and actually can make it more difficult to loose weight. if you sleep early like around 10, i would eat no later than 7:30. i can't keep a diet thats my problem but i work out like a insane man. i am going to start up eating every 2 hours but small meals. i have 1 month left of my p90x and will post before after pictures.

I have finally lost my first 50 lbs. I was 395 in may of 08 377 apr of 09 day of my surgury and today i am 345 lbs. My first 50 lbs too 1 yr and 5 months. 1 Yr of that was before the surgury. My original goal was to be down to 285 in april of 10 but its gonna be tough sinch i have another 65 lbs to go in 5 months. I will realisticly lose about 15-25 lbs in that time.
