I see nothing in this that indicated FWC "Fueled Tension".
They did their investigation, found no evidence supporting intentional injury of pelican and issued a report saying as much.
Agencies produce multiple drafts of reports all the time, with edits coming at multiple steps before being made final and being issued to the public.
While, IMO, the findings speak to the credibility (or lack thereof) of the "pelican lady", the scalping report and issues with birds being tangled in line/hooked and being injured are two separate issues.

"The Fueled Tensions" are between (Jeanette & the Bird People) & the FWC for refusing to punish the Anglers for something that they are not guilty of & shut down the Skyway Piers. She & Her Followers lied on the Anglers & the FWC refused to punish the Anglers for what She and her followers had done. Keep in mind, she was fired from the Piers for her shenanigans while working at the Piers and she then vowed to shut down the piers if she could not keep her job. Like I have said in the past, We never had an issue with the Birds until just about 2 years ago after she got fired. The Anglers Issues have always been about the Dolphins & the Boaters and Never the Birds. |
