GK Will do, was going to get two Battles, but the price was so good (in addition to matching Amazon's price of $119, they took another 20% off with free shipping) I had to buy them...

for 30# braid mainline.. I usually use between 50 - 80# leaders. Really depend on what you are trying to catch.. 30# braid is way too much for a lot of fish at the pier.

I agree with Tears143. I use 20# floro but also carry 40# in case I start getting bite-offs from macks getting in the way. Primarily I'd stick with 20#.
