Hey guys:
Anyone use the "Tsunami" pompano jig? I've used all the others: Wigglers, Willys, Wackys and even Doc's when I get a hefty paycheck. I got one of them notification things from eBay (I guess because I buy from the site they know me) hinting at the Tsunami. It looks rather cheap with Christmas tinsel on a lead head (sort of).
Are these things worth trying?

I strictly use the tsunami brand jigs for pompano and pair it with a teaser. Although, I still call the setup "Silly Willy". Tsunami makes alot of cheap lures, one being the tsunami gotcha look a like. The hooks on those are garbage. I caught a mid-sized ladyfish on one and bent my hooks out.

I don't like too much tinsel flash on my pompano jig.. as it will attract macks.. which isn't good for your pocket.

It kinda looks too "tinsely" for me to even consider a teaser tied to it. That is IF we are looking at the same thing. Wigglers are really cheap (Wal-Mart), plus my own teasers I make are really cheap. Guess I'll stick with what I got. Especially when I can order Wigglers for essentially 25© each in bulk. Thanks for your input. GK
