Hello Everyone....My name is Dave ....Lurker for the past two years finally going legit. I was a freshwater bass guide for 33 years and now living in St Pete (what a long strange trip its been lol) I fish the NSP usually once a week or so- grouper season has been a bust for me so far- but I'll get a keeper yet! I've met several board members and they all seem like nice people....I look forward to contributing in some small way through weekly reports, biased opinions and general nonsense as I see fit....glad to be aboard!! -Dave P.S. Saturday 7/8 was slow for me-fished from 7 pm till almost 11PM lots of good sized green backs before dusk but only several "flipper runs" which continued until well after 10 pm- which I found very strage- usually he disappears after dark- full moon?

Welcome! Bass guide from out of state? Maybe another topic but with your experience I'd like your input on what freshwater techniques can be deployed marine pier fishing. As for flipper, I thought he goes to bed at night as well. Must be a full moon affect keeping him active past his bedtime. D

Need her to get in that kitchen and blacken some of that fish for ya instead, Mackerelman!
I'm sure you'll come across that larger dwelling for your GF and all your rods out in the Bay area.
