But I could see the bridge from where I was...
I figured the bridges would be crowded with it being Saturday night so the wife and I decided to do some shrimping. We managed to dip net a few dozen good size shrimp. We did that for a couple of hours.
The tide started moving and I said I wanted to do a little fishing. I took a few shrimp and threw one out. I just sat and sat. A few nibbles here and there. My wife was ready to go so I said, "Ok, this will be my last shrimp." I tossed it out and I could feel it twitching around like it was trying to get away from something. Next thing I know my rod is doubled over and the drag is singing.. A few minutes later I land this girl..
I did some C.P.R. (catch, photo, release) and sent her on her way... Then we called it a night. (if it looks like I'm unhappy it's because there was a bright flashlight pointed at me. The phone was dying and we couldn't use the flash..lol..)
