You can certainly check out Hubbard's marina in John's Pass village in Madeira Beach. They have charter and party boats. Very experienced captains.

There are Boat Captains everywhere looking for work. It is going to depend on how much You may want to Spend. Be Careful. You can find Many of them on the Internet. Else, Just go John's Pass, Clearwater Beach & Saint Pete Beach and I am sure that You will find someone. Else, if Skyjay here doesn't mind, send Him a Message & maybe He will send You into the right direction to help You find the right Boat Captain. Skyjay always has Nice Fish. *****

I have been out on the overnight trip with Hubberds twice, both times were great fishing! First trip for Grouper and mangos, second trip was opening red snapper(everyone limited out on American reds) and I caught a huge Gag but had to let him go(out of season). Your best bet is find out when the boat is coming back and go see for your self what is being caught. When I was a child my father paid big bucks for a charter out of Islamaroda and it was a bust while the other boats had great catches, the next day we charterd the one that did best and we did great. This is me in 1976 at age 10!

The sailfish is mounted on the wall at my brothers house and two of the sharks are at my brother cabin in upstate NY PS If you go on the overnight trip, the food package is worth the money and bring a small lunchbox cooler with rock salt for the sardines, and take the mates advice on how to fish(they know what they are doing) The big Tiger shark on the left was 14' 6" caught by my dad and I caught the sail with a lot of help from the first mate! These pics are from 1976 The boats name was the Dawn out of Whale Harbour in the Fl. Keys Attachments:
