Evening fellow pier rate. My Dad "Garland" is having Quad bypass surgery Wednesday Morning. I'm praying for his surgery to be without complication and for him to have a speedy recovery. All Prayers are appreciated.

The surgery went as well as it could. He actually had to have a six bypasses done. He is stabilized and sleeping. Thanks again everyone.

Glad to hear things went well. You'll feel a lot better about things when you see more of those tubes and wires removed and that should happen quickly. I spent 32 years as a pastor and have been in lots of hospitals with families and it is amazing to see how quickly things move along now. Back in the 80's they'd keep a patient for 2 weeks before discharging them and these days they are usually out in a week or less. We'll trust that everything will continually to move along smoothly for your dad. Blessings, Zach.

I AM SURE ALL WILL GO WELL .I HAD A TRIPPLE BYPASS 15 YEARS AGO ,STILL FISHING STILL WORKING AS A CARPENTER AT . WISH HIM A QUICK RECOVERY FROM AYOUNG 68 YEAR OLD

Thanks again everyone. He is out of the ICU and in rehabilitation. A few more days and he will be home (with a new strick diet ^__^).

Be about 8 weeks before he can fight a fish, But Im damn sure we will be back out there when he is able.
