Sadly,, you can't get one for the Skyway.
From the FSP website:
Annual Entrance Passes are honored at all state parks, except for Skyway Fishing Pier State Park, where they are valid for a 33 percent discount.

That's a shame, it costs quite a bit to get onto the bridge, let alone the gas money to drive from USF. Thanks for the clarification though.

I have one of those annual passes. I use it at honeymoon island. Best thing about it is it gives you access to the park after hours. ( for fishing only).
You have the whole place to yourself from sunset to 8:00am. Cost for a family is $139.00. Best money I spend since it cost $8.00 a car for two or more people.
