Went out to the fishing pier today around 4:45 to around 9 today. Weather was beautiful , tide was slowly coming in , nice breeze. There were plenty of large greenbacks under the pier most of the night. Caught a keeper Sheephead off a gotcha plug letting it sink and reeling in and letting drop again. Also caught a keeper Spanish mackeral off a greenback. Pier was pretty empty it seemed , the pinfish were tearing everything up it seemed, caught some of the biggest pins i've seen. Overall a beautiful evening on the pier.

Yea , go figure went my whole life without catching a keeper sheephead and I get em with an artificial. I love the gotcha plug I seem to catch something new with it everytime I use it.
