Headed out to the SSP today at around 12:30 pm to catch the outgoing tide. Real bad storms the east of the pier.....
First time ever for me that there was no bait to be found. Got three greenbacks on the sabiki and that was it. Got two nice hits on the greenies but no hookups.
Casted a spoon for a while....no luck....
Three tarpon were rolling right in front of me for about 45 min..couldn't interest them in anything...but fun to watch....
Lightning started around 4:30...I don't do lightning...but apparently doen't seem to bother alot of people on the pier... CRAZY IF YOU ASK ME!!anyway....
Be back out tomorrow for the outgoing again.

come on... when your graphite rod is buzzing that means the fishing is going to get real good! LOL

Yeah, when your fishing rod turns into a lightening rod, it has gotten rather intense.
