Hitting the middle grounds

Going with some friends to the middle grounds sat morning.
Since its my birthday, i decided to do it. Were leaving clearwater at 3am, 2 guys are gonna dive, me and a friends son are going to fish and play support boat. When they surface we'll go get em.. and get back to fishing. Cant wait!
Got lots of dead bait, and gotta get fresh stuff in the am.. hit the sack early and be loaded and on the road by 2am.

Wish us luck! Weather looks dicey, one report 1-2.. all the ones i see are 3-5. so friggit were going..

be careful. glad you're going with a second boat. if you haven't done so, i'd fill a float plan with USCG with your estimation of time you'll be returning.

Tell your divers they need to pick their game up. They have alot of people to shoot hoggies for.

i guess i read that wrong. Won't be two boats? Make sure your divers have whistles/dive alerts and safety "sausages" surface markers. Keep track of their time and the current. If they hug the bottom in 130' dives should be around 18 - 20 mins without going into deco. Thats with using a 28% nitrox mix.
