Yup. The economy gets worse, so prices go up. The good news is there ARE still lots of good places we can fish for free (for now anyway). Im hell bent on finding em, and fishing the HELL out of em. And while fishing isnt really important in the grand scheme of things, at least it gets the mind off of a lot of the stressful day-to-day stuff. Hang in there folks, its GOT to get better at some point.....right?

Granted Bush gave a us a long slow easy #uckin# but it seems that as soon as Obama took office the color and size of the tool changed and the pressure and rate of speed being used has definatly increased dramaticly.

Well put bcc, but I am afraid he has just begun. Welcome to the new USSR (United States Socialist Republic). And Monty, as dreary as it seems with no raises in the near future, be somewhat glad you still have a job. Mine is a week by week thing now. We even had to take a cut in our salaries to keep the job we have here. If this new 1100 page energy bill makes it to law, it is going to get a lot worse. No more coal mines, that should pretty much shut down West Virginia and parts of Kentucky. Requirement to upgrade your home to current environmental and energy efficient standards before you can sell. That should help the housing market immensely. At a time when we need as much help as we can get, the Democrats have instead decided to bury us a little deeper. I was no Bush supporter by no means, but give me a break, in this great Country of ours we could not find two qualified people to run for the highest office.
