Kinda new to fishing salt water and new to St Pete. Been fishing mostly the north and south piers with variable luck.
Looking to target sheepshead on my next trip, past couple times bait shops not having had fiddler crabs. So 1) Anybody know where to buy some live fiddlers or 2) a good spot I could to go and snap 'em up myself.

Try some of the smaller overpasses and flip the rocks over at the shoreline, tons of mangrove crabs around them, free bait just make sure you don't get juvenile stone crabs also, look up on the web to tell the difference,Fwc will give you a fine if they find you have them in your bucket.
