Well, as of 7/25/18 it seems as though the old way we use to add pictures with the image uploader is now feasible again. You should see the add image to post button when creating a new thread. Also when you use the upper right corner "Reply" button and also when editing a post. You cannot use it in the quick reply box. The mobile app does not give you this option without switching to desktop mode. It easy to use, but if you any questions let me know.
So now there are 3 ways you can upload pictures
1) Use the above method
2) You can host your own pictures on another free software site that lets you do "third party hosting" Photobucket and others are no longer free for this.
3) You can use the attachment method in the advanced reply section. Problem here is that since this is a free forum we only have 200Mb of free storage, which we have already used about 130MB. I can delete some attachments if necessary, but this is another cans of worms on which ones to delete and would take a good amount of time.
If you have questions I will try my best to answer them.

For those who are willing: Try to use a free photo upload site instead of attachments. One that works well is postimages.org/1) Upload photo. Try to use 800x600 so as not to make it too large. 2) Choose "Hotlink for Forums" and click the icon to the right which will copy the link or copy all of the URL . 3) Paste the link in your post.

For Mobile App users:
If your logged in with the Mobile version, then scroll down to the bottom and and click on Desktop version. This will allow you upload pictures just like on a desktop computer. It will be much smaller to look at but you can zoom in to where you can see the Add image button to post pictures. Then you can scroll down all the way to the bottom and zoom in again to switch back to Mobile version.
