For what purpose?
Braid to mono? Probably the FG Knot. Crazy Alberto, Albright, Slim Beauty, Uni-to-Uni and 3 or 4-turn Surgeon's knot can all do the trick as well, though not as slim for slipping through the guides.
80lb Mono to Swivel/Hook/Lure? Either loop knot, Uni-Knot or my up and coming favorite, the Springer/Spangler knot.
There's YouTubes on all the above.
Have fun!

Best knot for heavy mono/floro to terminal tackle ( note: at the end I put the tag end back through the loop like a clinch knot for added strength. This knot is used more or less universally by Charter and Partyboat crew. It doesnt seem like its that strong due to its simplicity but just goes to show you, sometimes less is more. Quick, simple and easy to tie and very strong. m.youtube.com/watch?v=VfYSkpu8AKk

Last but not least, the next knot is by far the most valuable knot in your arsenal. There are several variations, some stronger than others, but for simplicity this one gets the nod for heavier leader material. In this particular video the knot is being tied to a plug, but can be used in any application including live bait. I've preached about it's effectivness time and time again. Y'oull get way more bites if your hook/bait swings about freely and natural than tethered tightly to your leader. I frequent use 100-125 lb test leader in sharp rocky structure and this is my go go knot when live baiting. Great knot for freelining live baits to the rockpiles for Gags at the Skyway. Artificials seem to come to life using a loop knot as well. Good luck. m.youtube.com/watch?v=sifqUrgePk0

I'm not sure there is one single best. I learned the trilene knot early on and it is my go to knot for hook, lures, swivels. I also use the nonslip loop knot for live baits, spoons and action needy lures.
