Parkpass & I met up before Dawn this morning for some Mack Breakfast.
Water was smooth but cloudy. NO BAIT was seen in the water.
Flipper & Friends showed up for a morning Swim & Feed in the Shallows.
We both spooned with No Luck. I also tried Shrimp on a hook but no luck.
There were No Macks for Breakfast for Us but WE did see 2 guys catch 2-14" Macks caught on a White Crappie Jig.
Parkpass decided to stick around the Pier to try to locate some Fish as I left at about 8:30am.

thats why we used to always stop at the
North Pier and pay first, when heading
to South Pier.
Do a couple laps and snoop around, and
see whats goin on and head on.
Never know what youre gonna miss.
South Pier will gladly accept the pay stub
from north pier. 😉

I left at 11, no fish but some serious practice. Not quitting, might go back tomorrow....better than being at home with the little woman who can't stop telling me what needs to be done around here

I saw parkpass leaving the pier... hehehe
Macks bite on the last of the incoming I believe on the south pier. TBFC has a report on it. I did hook one and lost it at the beginning of the outgoing tide in the late afternoon.
Got some snappers, sheephead, pompano, ladyfish, and a grunt for dinner!
I ran all over the places trying to find the pompano... Couldn't find more than 1.
Seems like bait at skyway usually show up at the end of the outgoing tide at the end. Not in big school but a few here and there. So if you are going to skyway... pick up some bait before you get there. Like 5 dozen shrimps for the snapper and macs.
