I went with my friend Linda and got to the pier about 8am. Tide incoming at first and then going out by 930am. We got mainly small fish: bait, pinfish, pigfish, yellow tail jack, blue runner. No macks on our section of the pier but we noted a few being caught on deep end of the pier. Mackerelman and his better half tried hard for Grouper but no luck. We think water was too warm. We did see a dolphin and a large sea turtle.

The Target Fish this Morning was Grouper. We Fished the Incoming Tide at the NS Pier with Pinfish from 5:00am this Morning with No Luck on the Grouper showing Up. The water was still very clean. While Leaving at 11:30am I did see a Nice Size Mack -(about 16-18 inches) pulled over the Rail down at the Shallows by the Gate Entry between the Bridges. I believe it was the Rising Water Temperature that made the Grouper not want to eat. I don't even like to eat when its Hot. I can't blame them.

Nice! Heard the king were biting at NSP. The macks are as well at different part of the pier.

I also caught a small snake fish. Did a lot of fish feeding. We also saw a pretty big fish down about 10-15 feet or a little deeper. It may have been a cobia but we are not sure.
We only saw 1 dolphin and it did not stay around.
We also saw a couple nice mangrove snapper in a cooler at the end of the pier.
