I'm going tommorrow I'm trying to catch some grunts and maybe snapper but since the full moon was last night how will the tides be im going to get there at 5 in the morning and staying till noon

There's an excellent post on the sticky notes regarding the tides. You have to acertain the height difference between the 2 tides and factor in the time frame. This will allow you to judge if it'll be a fast(er) current or not.
Read that sticky note. Also, the tides4fishing site has nice charts, graphics and explanations to help you.

How'd you do young feller? From my post in the middle of the state I saw some nasty radar and rainfall. Comes with the Florida territory I suppose.
