made my first trip to the tampa area last week. charter fisher inshore on july 1st and 2nd. caught my first 4 snook on the first trip, best was 32 1/2" 12lbs. day two I managed what the captain called a backcountry slam, redfish, snook, spotted sea trout on the same day, with a gag grouper to boot. fished the north pier from about 7:00pm till 11:00 pm had a huge ray damn near spool me before I manager to straighten the hook. caught 1 sailfin cat, 1 ladyfish, and 6 snapper. had a lot of fun. you guys have a great place to fish. look forward to my next trip down
