You probably wonder why the guy next to you is catching all of the fish and you are not getting a bite at all. Or when someone go out and it seems like they always catch fish... Well that's a lie but they are more likely to catch fish than you and that is true. Do you want to know why? We pay our due plus interest before we start catching all of these fish. This is my second pair, I probably need a new one soon. We post countless hours trying to catch that one type of fish. For me it was the pompano and I am still learning. Been fishing for them for 1.5 years at least already. That's every single trip I went my main focus is pompano. I probably took 150ish trip just going after pompano. I am still no expert. Now to point number #2. A lot of people on this forum is very nice and they don't want to spend countless hours figuring things out. They give you hints/tips to reduce the amount of hours you have to spend because they know how hard and time consuming it is to learn to fish but then you still have to spend time to learn other things that cannot be taught. These thing can only learn from experience. There are another group of people that believe that you have to learn on your own. So get out there and fish, fish, Fish! Grouper season is going to open soon. I'll switch gear and try to get myself some grouper at skyway. I'll just be like most people when fishing for grouper.
