Are the flounder starting too show up what is your favorite rig to target them also what area on the pier

At the beginning of the pier... drag baits on the bottom and cover ground. Once you feel a snag, wait 5 seconds and start reeling again and then set hook.

Flounder like sand bottom with depth changes. Basically the same as my last post. check out the reef pics. and fish the spots that look good. 1 oz lead 20-30lb leader depending on water clearity and depth. 2/0 J hook 2' leader. Live bait (match the hatch) or 2" chunk white bait/greenies. Fish the Sand areas. Between the rock piles or Y area.
