Got out at about 6 am and threw a lure around until the sun came up but nothing. But as soon as the sun came up and the bait came out from under the pier, it was nothing but small jacks feeding. I must have caught 15 jacks before I caught a spanny, jacks were all over anything you threw out there. Even when I dropped the sabiki down for bait, the jacks would eat the greenbacks that I hooked right off the sabiki. I finally got into a couple macs down near the end of the pier but there were very few caught. I ended the day with only three but many others only caught one or two they were very few. L
