Considering how hot it was today we didnt do too bad. We caught some blue runner, a huge ray, 2 snapper and about 40 mackerel. Seen an 8 foot blacktip also. All in all a good day especially when you go home with a cooler full!

WHAT!?!?!? An 8 foot blacktip!! That is INCREDIBLE! I bet that thing was HUGE!!! Man I really miss fishing that skyway pier... Even if the fishing is bad, I still miss being out in the heat & misery of that pier, lol.

Hey Rye, strange to catch macs this time of year; were they average keeper size?

The shark was huge...and for the macs most of them were coming in at 12 to 13 inches but we caught 15 at 19 to 24 inches

Good job! The macks were very hard to catch for me. They won't bite anything. >.<
Managed to catch a fews today.

The ones we caught were between the bridges and after the heat of the day. They started hitting around 4pm
